Nationwide bed retailer Dreams has signed a ten year lease at Liverpool Shopping Park and agreed a move to a larger unit at White City Retail Park, Manchester.
Dreams will occupy a 10,021 sq ft unit on the Lifestyle part of Liverpool Shopping Park, which is already home to B&Q and fronts on to Edge Lane.
At White City Retail Park, Dreams has renewed its lease for a further ten years and will move from its current corner location to a larger unit, which increases its footprint by almost 2,000 sq ft.
James Maule-Finch, Senior Asset Manager for The Derwent Group, which owns both Liverpool Shopping Park and White City Retail Park said: “This is excellent news for both retail parks as it builds on our relationship with Dreams and reiterates that retailers are still willing to commit to high footfall locations and open new sites, even in a very challenging market.”
CSP acted for The Derwent Group at White City, and CSP and McMullen RE at Liverpool Shopping Park.
