JLL to manage all of Regent Street and more
The Crown Estate, one of the largest landowners in London’s West End, has appointed JLL as managing agent to its central London portfolio, following a competitive tender process.
The mandate, which includes property and facilities management services, encompasses all commercial and residential properties across The Crown Estate’s central London holdings, including all of Regent Street and around half of St James’s, totalling 10m sq ft.
Commenting on the appointment James Cooksey, director of central London, said: “I am very excited about JLL’s appointment which is an important next step in continuing to enhance the experience of our customers across London’s West End.
