Planning won for transformation of historic ice factory
Proposals have been approved by Westminster City Council to transform a former industrial building in Belgravia next to Grosvenor’s Eccleston Yards to provide new office, restaurant and retail space.
The approved proposals, designed by architects BuckleyGrayYeoman, will enable historic site to provide 30,000 sq ft of flexible office, restaurant and retail space over five floors including a rooftop restaurant.
The new scheme will further open up the area and create a new pedestrian route into Eccleston Yards.
Construction is expected to start in mid 2020 with the works taking approximately 18 months.
