Commercial property and asset management specialist, ESTAMA UK, has strengthened its team with the appointment of three new important personnel, including a new head of property management, analyst and asset manager, to support its growth plans in 2022.
Head of property management, George Grimes, previously of MAPP, joins with 12 years’ experience in the retail and property management sector and will be working closely with the wider ESTAMA UK team to develop the operational management and efficiency of the portfolio under management.
Previously of Savills Group, Sandy Nimmo will be working in a new hybrid analyst role combining commercial real estate analysis with property asset management. During his time at Savills Group, Sandy played a key role in the smooth transition of the Victoria Centre to Savills’ Birmingham Office.
And new asset manager, Sukhy Kalsi, joins ESTAMA UK with eight years’ experience managing retail assets including her previous role at intu where she managed intu Milton Keynes to deliver a new £14m retail and leisure development project.
