Wembley Park is to become home to another independent eatery after developer Quintain has signed a lease with Brazilian Rodizio restaurant operator Charro de Cuba.
The dining concept will occupy a 5,500 sq ft space, with a restaurant covering the ground floor and a state-of-the-art Cuban cocktail bar serving small bites occupying a mezzanine level.
Like its popular sister restaurant, Charro de Rio in Belsize Park, Charro de Cuba will feature an all-you-can-eat menu for a fixed price point, offering diners a wide range of charcoal barbequed meats and vegetarian alternatives.
Vered Mass, owner at Charro de Cuba, said: “Having built up such a loyal customer base in Belsize Park and with the rising popularity of Latin American cuisine, we wanted to open our new restaurant somewhere that could match our ambitions – and Wembley Park was a natural fit.”
Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “Charro de Cuba is the latest in a long line of venues that are helping transform Wembley Park into a dining and leisure hotspot for residents and visitors alike. The growing variety of businesses entering our community means we have even more reason for people to visit, and to stay for longer.”
