Bubble CiTea and MINISO are joining the line-up at Manchester Arndale, taking 683sq ft and 2,903sq ft units on five- and 10-year leases respectively.
MINISO has opened today (Friday November 25) and offers a full range of innovative, high quality, design-led products. The new store will be the retailer’s first in the city.
Meanwhile, fast-growing UK brand Bubble CiTea will soon be bringing its unique take on Taiwanese bubble tea culture to its first Manchester location.
These latest arrivals follow the recent news that Gilly Hicks and Clarks will be moving into the former Topshop unit and comes off the back of a flurry of other retail lettings to Debenhams.com, Tommy Hilfiger, Canada Goose, Kick Game, Dr Martens and Kurt Geiger. Meanwhile, existing retailers such as Hollister and Swarovski have demonstrated their confidence in Manchester Arndale by recently renewing their leases. And the centre’s food and drink offering has also been bolstered by the recent arrivals of Creams, Slim Chickens, Kokoro, Jamaica Blue, Tim Hortons and Pizza Luxe with Nando’s also renewing its lease.
Colin Flinn, spokesperson for Manchester Arndale, said: “We are delighted that Bubble CiTea and MINISO have selected Manchester Arndale as their first locations in the city, and we’re looking forward to welcoming them alongside other recent arrivals such as Gilly Hicks, Clarks, and Jamaica Blue. It’s great to see the centre continually attracting both fantastic home-grown brands like Bubble CiTea and big-name international retailers such as MINISO. With such exciting leasing activity taking place it is clear retailers have confidence in the long-term future of the centre and its position as a leading retail destination. With Manchester Arndale now almost fully let, it will continue to attract millions of visitors from across the North West and beyond, with its dynamic and constantly improving line up of exciting retail, F&B and leisure offers.”
