Knight Frank appointed as agents for sale
Aberdeen Standard Investments has appointed agents Knight Frank to sell the Broadwalk Centre in Edgware, according to Property Week.
The 190,000 sq ft shopping centre, which is anchored by Sainsbury and TK Maxx, is being marketed with scope for regeneration, and is looking for offers over £60m.
The existing owners have reportedly considered various options for the site including a redevelopment of the car park to a larger redevelopment of the entire site.
Charlie Barke, partner at Knight Frank, commented: “This is a site offering huge potential and we would expect residential and mixed use developers to consider to consider it closely. Rarely does a freehold site of this scale come up in such a strong location.”
