Northern Ireland outlet adds Jack Wills, Radley and Guess
Preppy fashion brand Jack Wills will occupy a 1,456-sq ft unit on a pop-up basis until Spring 2019 and potentially beyond. At the same time US fashion brand Guess is upsizing to 3,735 sq ft. And Radley has signed for a 1,136-sq ft unit.
These new arrivals follow other recent major store openings over the last year, including Adidas, Sketchers, Kurt Geiger, Jack and Jones, Ulster Weavers and The Beauty Outlet. All of these brands join existing outlet retailers including Nike, Timberland, Calvin Klein, LK Bennett, Paul Costelloe and Jaeger.
Alastair Coulson, managing director of landlord Lotus Property said: “Now, more than ever, is a great time for retailers to join the Boulevard with our £7m rebrand underway and a run of nine new store openings. We have seen a 25 per cent year-on-year increase in turnover bucking the trend of the retail industry’s recent downward trajectory. We believe this will continue with Jack Wills, Radley and Guess being a big draw for customers.”
