British Land awards three-year deal to Incentive FM
Incentive FM has secured a three-year contract with British Land covering three shopping parks. The two companies have worked successfully together for over eight years.
Incentive will provide cleaning and security at Broughton SHOPPING PARK near Chester and cleaning at Mostyn Champneys in Llandudno and Queens SHOPPING PARK in Stafford. The three parks total 750,000 sq ft, with parking for 4,000 cars and attract more than 19m visits each year.
Incentive FM was awarded the contract following a competitive benchmarking exercise and 21 staff members will join the business under TUPE regulations.
