Global Mutual starts consultation on Affinity Devon extension
Global Mutual has started public consultation on plans to add a new hotel, F&B and leisure units to its Affinity Devon outlet mall in Bideford, North Devon. The consultation comes ahead of a formal planning application to Torridge District Council.
Global Mutual bought the Atlantic Village outlet mall in 2017 for £13m and integrated kit into its Affinity stable of outlet malls. Affinity Devon houses stores from Nike, Saltrock, Gap, Peacocks, Holland & Barrett and Crew Clothing Company, and the former M&S outlet has been replaced by Leading Labels.
