First Angry Birds indoor golf attractions to tee off in the UK
Namco UK and Rovio Entertainment have teamed up to launch a new venture that will see the development of a series of Angry Birds indoor adventure golf attractions across the UK.
The sites will offer all the fun of adventure golf, combined with themed features and attractions based on the internationally popular entertainment franchise. Namco plans to open a minimum of five sites within the next three years. It is currently in advanced negotiations for the first two locations, and is actively seeking further leasing opportunities in high footfall retail or leisure destinations.
Namco commercial director Philip Millward said: “Everyone at Namco looks forward to opening these attractions, which captures the essence of fun and entertainment values of the Angry Birds theme and the Namco core philosophy of providing our customers with dreams, fun & inspiration.”
