Spanish streetwear brand Cold Culture has appointed Newmark to exclusively advise on its ambitious expansion plans, both nationally within Spain and internationally in key cities across Europe.
The brand is actively pursuing opportunities across Spain, targeting cities including Barcelona and Bilbao, as well as aiming to extend its reach internationally to European cities such as London, Berlin and Amsterdam.
Heavily inspired by the aesthetic of street style from around the world, Cold Culture aims to create an international movement with its range of hoodies, crewnecks, tees and more.
The brand already has a flagship store located at Calle de Colón in Madrid, as well as a strong online presence, offering worldwide shipping through its website and engaging with over 300,000 followers on Instagram.
Ana Mendi, executive director at Newmark, said: “We’re thrilled to be supporting Cold Culture, a brand that perfectly embodies the energy and essence of global street style. Known for its high-quality, creative apparel, the brand has built a dedicated following both in Spain and online, making this the ideal time for strategic growth.
“With a strong foundation in Madrid and impressive online engagement, there is a clear demand for Cold Culture’s unique collections. We are excited to help bring their innovative designs to new audiences, including more cities within Spain, as well as European markets.”
Andres Varela, chief executive officer at Cold Culture, added: “Our vision has always been to make Cold Culture a global streetwear brand and this expansion will be a major milestone towards achieving that goal. Newmark support gives us the expertise and reach to strategically enter new locations, allowing us to connect with people that share our passion for authentic street style.
“We’re excited to bring our high-quality, exclusive collections to customers across Spain and wider Europe, with the aim to reflect the diverse influences that street culture has worldwide and to reach longtime fans and new audiences. As we continue to grow, our focus will remain on creating pieces that inspire individuality and celebrate the spirit of the world’s streetwear communities.”
