In addition, the centre’s staff will be handing out 50 Blackwell’s vouchers for some lucky guests to spend at the Westgate Oxford store.
Brendan Hattam, centre director at Westgate Oxford, commented: “After the success of our World Book Day celebrations in 2024 and due to popular demand, we’re delighted to be hosting our book swap once again.
“We are committed to providing meaningful activities and experiences that make a positive contribution to our community here at Westgate Oxford, and this free event exemplifies that dedication and brings guests together while nurturing a love of reading.”
To add to the fun, the team at Westgate Oxford team will be dressing up as their favourite book characters, with guests also encouraged to take part.
All books that are unclaimed at the end of the book swap will be donated to local schools and charities. Any books that are damaged will be recycled.
