Ellandi has appointed two new senior hires to strengthen the team. Victoria Holloway joins as marketing director and Piers Glyn Davies joins as senior asset manager.
Holloway joins from Queensberry and brings a wealth of experience and expertise in corporate and regeneration marketing with public and private sector clients, including projects in Sheffield, Guildford, Liverpool, Nuneaton, Newport, Barnsley and Huddersfield.
She is responsible for developing Ellandi’s corporate brand and narrative, communication and PR, and managing the company’s corporate profile and reputation as it grows and transitions into new sectors.
“It’s such a fantastic opportunity to join a truly diverse and inclusive company. It is an interesting time for Ellandi as it expands into different sectors, and in particular regeneration where my experience and knowledge will be useful. Ellandi has a proven track record and a fantastic reputation in the industry. My role will help to build on this and showcase all the great work being undertaken by the team,” says Holloway.
Piers Glyn Davies joins Ellandi’s experienced asset management team working on its shopping centre assets across the UK. Piers spent six years as a leasing manager at Hammerson concentrating on negotiating deals across multiple assets including Brent Cross and The Oracle, culminating with work on the development asset of Croydon.
He said: “I was attracted to Ellandi as social responsibility is at the heart of what they do and this translates onto the sites they manage. It will be great to be part of a growing team where I can learn and add value.”
David Payling, COO added: “These appointments, along with recent internal promotions, strengthen the team as we expand our portfolio and move into growing sectors. It’s great to attract experienced and high-calibre people to Ellandi.”
