Award-winning placemaking marketing agency, Toolbox Marketing, has been appointed as the marketing partner for Castle Quay Shopping Centre in Banbury.
This partnership marks Toolbox Marketing’s fourth significant new appointment since October, reinforcing its expertise in developing community-focused marketing strategies for mixed-use developments.
Owned by Cherwell District Council and managed by Savills, Castle Quay serves as a cornerstone of Banbury’s town centre, offering a blend of dining, cultural, and entertainment facilities, catering to a wide range of visitors. With the addition of Castle Quay Waterfront, the site has expanded its offerings to include popular venues such as a Premier Inn, The Light cinema, a bowling alley, and restaurants like Pizza Express, Nandos and Loungers.
“We are thrilled to begin this new partnership with Castle Quay and look forward to contributing to its ongoing success,” said Chloe Keith, managing director at Toolbox Marketing. “Our team is passionate about creating engaging campaigns that strengthen connections with the local community, attract visitors, and support the centre’s role as a key part of Banbury’s future.”
“We are delighted to welcome Toolbox Marketing as our new marketing partner for Castle Quay,” said Oliver Wren, centre manager at Castle Quay.
“Their creativity and proven track record in driving success for destinations across the UK make them a perfect fit as we aim to enhance Castle Quay’s offering and ensure it remains a thriving destination for visitors. We are particularly excited to be collaborating with them over a range of community initiatives over the coming months.”
