Savills, on behalf of T J Morris Limited, has sold Errill Retail Park in Plympton, Plymouth to discount store, Home Bargains.
The British store chain has acquired the whole scheme totalling 60,000sq ft and will occupy 34,000sq ft with a Home Bargains store, with the likelihood of additional occupiers being brought in alongside to fill the remaining space.
Home Bargains has over 500 stores across the UK with discounted goods including household products, health and beauty items, toys and games, pet food, home furnishings and food and drink.
Errill Retail Park is located off the A38, north east of Plymouth City Centre, adjacent to Lidl and in close proximity to Marsh Mills where occupiers include Next, Sofology, Currys, Homebase, Wren Kitchens and Furniture Village.
Clive Power, director of out-of-town retail at Savills Bristol, said: “Home Bargains will further strengthen the retail offering within Plymouth and breathe new life and investment into the area.”
