Retail World at Team Valley, Gateshead has welcomed The Works as a new tenant.
The Works operates 525 stores in the UK and Republic of Ireland, employing 3,800 employees with an ambition to inspire reading, learning, creativity and play.
A spokesperson for The Works said: “Team Valley Retail World is a fantastic location that we have had our eyes on for some time. We are especially excited to be opening this side of Christmas and we look forward to welcoming new customers from Gateshead and the surrounding areas!”
Helen Ewles, property manager at Avison Young, managing agents of the retail park said Retail World has increased positive footfall since the pandemic and the addition of The Works will further enhance the diverse retail offer for visitors to the park.
