RO Real Estate has announced that construction at the Helix Trade Park, a new development at Solstice Park in Amesbury, has now been completed.
The Park is already 50% let to a variety of trade counter operators including Toolstation, Easy Bathrooms, Motor Parts Direct and Pure Cremations.
They join a large number of national occupiers on the greater Solstice Park including Screwfix, Howdens, Storage King, KFC, McDonalds, Co-op, Greggs, Harvester, Costa Coffee, Pizza Hut, Toby Carvery, Holiday Inn, Home Bargains and Muller Wiseman.
Six units at Helix Trade Park remain available, ranging in size from 3,192 to 3,420sq ft These units can be combined to offer 6,411; 6,830; 10,245 or 13,665sq ft. in size. The units are of steel frame construction and each unit has a seven metre eaves height, 37.5kN/m2 of floor capacity, reserved parking bays with electric vehicle charging points, and capacity for a mezzanine floor.
