Commercial property and investment company, Evolve Estates, has expanded its property team with the addition of three new members.
Mike Dobey (pictured above) has been appointed national property manager and will be based in the Maddox Street headquarters. He has more than 18 years of experience in the property sector and joined Evolve from Mapp Property Management, where he was associate director.
He is joined by Zoe France and Jason Gregg, who join the company as regional estates managers. Zoe, who is based in the North East of England, joins from Parkway, Coulby Newman, where she was centre manager, while Jason is based in the North West and joins Evolve from Woolshops Shopping Centre, Halifax, where he was centre manager.
Dobey who will directly manage the regional team, said: “Evolve Estates has an impressive investment strategy, and I was keen to be part of a committed team that is actively acquiring regional retail centres and parades, and adding significant value to them. I’m looking forward to helping the business grow.”
Welcoming the new team members, Phil Murphy of Evolve Estates, said: “We’re focused on investing in retail assets and now have a UK retail portfolio worth more than £300m, with over 1,100 tenants.
“As Evolve continues to implement its acquisitions strategy, we are in a strong position to build the property team. Growing the team will allow us to dedicate the required time and expertise to enhance these assets for the good of the local communities they serve. Mike, Zoe and Jason are excellent additions to the team.
“We anticipate further appointments in the next few weeks as Evolve continues to bolster its in-house asset and property management capabilities.”
