UK specialist leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has announced that Vasco & Piero’s Pavillion, the authentic Italian restaurant, has signed for a new location at 10-11 D’arblay Street, Soho.
After serving for fifty years in its previous location, Vasco & Piero’s has secured a 2,400 sq ft unit replacing Ceru in the heart of Soho, to continue its legacy within the West End.
After an influx of demand following the closure of its former site last year, Vasco & Piero’s is making a long-awaited later this year.
Nick Weir, managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Vasco and Piero’s is a Soho classic, and it’s wonderful to have played a key role in bringing them back to where they belong. Working alongside an independent favourite, which has made its mark in central London through years of dedication and service, is something we’re proud to do.”
Paul Matteucci, current owner and son of founder Vasco Matteucci, commented: “We are thrilled to be back better than ever in a new location that will enable us to recommence our legacy, and allow us to undertake a new chapter in our journey after fifty years. Soho and its community are at the heart of our restaurant, and we are so excited to continue serving our beloved dishes to the people we have missed so much.”
Shelley Sandzer acted for the private landlord.
