Retail World at Team Valley, Gateshead, has signed Dunelm, bringing up to 50 employment opportunities and a scheduled opening date of 17 December.
Dunelm has signed an initial 10year lease of unit 14 which extends to 30,000s-q ft. Joint letting agents are Savills and CSP.
