Pizza restaurant signs 10-year lease
M&G Real Estate and intu, joint owners of Manchester Arndale, have announced that PizzaLuxe will be joining the line-up at the centre’s casual dining destination, Halle Place.
The pizza restaurant, which tarted life as a market stall in London’s Brick Lane, and now has restaurants in Leeds and Manchester Airport and more, has agreed a 2,000 sq ft location on a 10 year lease.
Scott Linard, director of asset management at M&G Real Estate, said on behalf of the joint owners: “We see PizzaLuxe as the perfect addition to this exciting dining mix and are looking forward to announcing more exciting new restaurants in the near future.”
Paul Goodale, Founder of PizzaLuxe, said: “PizzaLuxe is ideal for office workers looking for a delicious, speedy lunch, alongside shoppers that want a quick bite to eat. We’re looking forward to introducing visitors to Manchester Arndale to our super-fast, super-thin pizzas and bespoke cocktails.”
