Furniture retailers to open in Stoke-on-Trent and Stockton-on-Tees
Natuzzi, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has acquired two new sites in Stockton-on-Tees and Stoke-on-Trent with both stores set to open this year on Boxing Day.
The furniture retailer has agreed a new 10 year lease for a 10,000 sq ft store at Teesside Park in Stockton-on-Tees, as well as a 10,089 sq ft at Octagon Retail Park in Stoke-on-Trent, also on a 10 year lease.
Catherine Barnard, associate in the retail team at Savills, comments: “Natuzzi is continuing to expand its store portfolio throughout the UK and the acquisition of these two new sites will allow it to bring the Natuzzi Editions brand to two new retail destinations in time for Boxing Day.”
Teesside Park is owned by British Land, represented by Avison Young. Octagon Retail Park is owned by a fund managed by Clearbell Capital, represented jointly by Stockford Anderson and ESH.
