Solihull centre signs footwear brand
Lend Lease Retail Partnership, a fund managed by Lendlease, has announced that global athletic footwear and apparel retailer, Foot Locker, has signed for a new unit on Jubilee Walk within Touchwood shopping centre, Solihull.
Set to open later this month, the 3,000 sq ft unit will offer the American brand’s selection of athletically inspired shoes.
Guy Thomas, head of retail at Lendlease commented on the signing: “As one of the key global players in the sportswear sector, and at the forefront of trainer culture, Foot Locker is set to be a strong addition to the footwear line-up at Touchwood. Foot Locker will strengthen the urban retail mix within the centre, and we look forward to welcoming the sports brand in November.”
CBRE and BNP Paribas acted for Touchwood and Brasier Freeth represented Foot Locker.
