Designer Italian furniture brand heads for Manchester retail park
Natuzzi has acquired a new store at the Derwent Group owned White City Retail Park in Manchester.
The Italian furniture retailer has agreed to a new 10 year lease for a 7,582 sq ft (704 sq m) store at unit 9 of the scheme and will trade as Natuzzi Editions. The store will become Natuzzi’s 17th standalone store in the UK.
Catherine Barnard, associate in the retail team at Savills, commented: “White City is the prime furniture destination for the city and the store is a fantastic addition to Natuzzi’s growing portfolio. We look forward to continuing to work with them on future acquisitions.”
The Derwent Group was represented by Cheetham & Mortimer and Natuzzi was represented by international real estate advisor Savills.
