URW unveils Westfield London events space in former power station
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Broadwick Venues have unveiled plans for Exhibition, a new 3,000-capacity entertainment and events venue at Westfield London, due to open at the end of 2019. The joint venture will convert the historic Dimco Building into a new multi-function venue.
Spanning two floors, the 34,000-sq ft events and hospitality venue will reach a total standing capacity of 3,000 in multiple rooms, formats and configurations as well as a number of adaptable relaxation areas and onsite food and drinks vendors.
The Dimco Building is part of Westfield London’s £600m expansion, which opened last year as part of URW’s strategy of widening the offer to include not only fashion but food, entertainment, events and experiences.
