Seasalt becomes latest brand to sign at the Cornhill quarter, Lincoln
Lincolnshire Co-op has signed Seasalt for its £70m redevelopment of the Cornhill quarter in Lincoln. The fashion brand is taking 2,500 sq ft in one of the newly refurbished Sincil Street shops and will join other recent signings 200 Degrees and the Botanist.
Seasalt will trade in phase two of the redevelopment, which has delivered 23,000 sq ft of retail space, as well as a bright, attractive walkway through to the multi-storey car park. The revitalised city centre retail destination is also home to an array of other brands including; Cosy Club, Moss Bros., Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Thomas Cook and Lakeland.
Lincolnshire Co-op was represented by KLM Retail and Banks Long & Co. Banks Long MD Tim Bradford said: “We are seeing Lincoln consistently outperforming the wider market due to the approach The Cornhill Quarter has taken in restoring and retaining the original street scene, the top name brands we have secured in just the last few months is testament to this.”
