Waffle Up Opens At Market Place
Market Place in Bolton is celebrating the opening of Waffle Up at the centre. Waffle Up is an eat-in or takeaway artisan café, located on Knowsley Street on the outside of the centre. It is the brainchild of childhood friends, Owais and Zamir Patel , a chef and IT consultant respectively.
Market Place centre manager Nikki Wilson-Cooksaid: “We’re really pleased to welcome Waffle Up to the centre. The café adds to the diverse choice of food and drink already on offer at the centre, offering customers the perfect place to relax with a sweet or savoury treat on their trip into Bolton.”
