36,000 sq ft of new lettings in Bracknell
Matalan, Mountain Warehouse and Poundland have signed at Schroders and L&G’s Lexicon regeneration scheme in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Matalan is set to open a 22,000-sq ft store over two floors on Braccan Walk where Mountain Warehouse will also take 5,000 sq ft over two floors. The Lexicon will also see Poundland open around 9,000 sq ft of space in Princess Square.
These latest arrivals to the centre follow the first anniversary for The Lexicon as it marked over 16 million visitors since its opening in September 2017. The centre has also seen the recent arrival of TK Maxx, Deichmann, and Gymfinity Kids on top of its established portfolio of retailers.
Harry Pickering, investment manager at Schroders, said: “The Lexicon has enjoyed an extraordinary first year, and has begun its second year in an equally impressive manner. We’ve brought in even more popular, high street labels to add to the tailored mix of fashion, dining, and leisure facilities.
