Superdrug to open at Corby retail park
Peel Land and Property has signed Superdrug on a 10-year lease, with tenant only break at 5 years, on Unit 4, comprising 6,000 sq ft, at a rent of £126,000pa, with 12 months rent free.
Corby Retail Park is located on Phoenix Park Way, Corby and provides 114,423 sq ft of food, fashion and convenience retail, with 341 car parking spaces. Anchored by Asda, other tenants include Boots, Currys, M&S Simply Food, Matalan, Next, Halfords, The Food Warehouse, Pets at Home, Sports Direct and The Range.
Roger Wheeldon, director of development at Peel Land and Property, said, “The retail offering at Corby retail park is continuing to prosper and the addition of Superdrug is testament to our ongoing investment at the site.
