New World Trading Company signs in Cheltenham
Bar and restaurant operator New World Trading Company has taken a 9,500-sq ft unit in NFU Mutual’s Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham which will trade as The Botanist.
The brand, which has agreed to a 25-year lease and is due to open this autumn, is developing a reputation for its botanical cocktails, great food and craft beers. It already operates high profile venues in Birmingham, Newcastle and Chester and was recently named one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK by the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 companies.
George Oppenheim, associate director in the catering and leisure team at Lunson Mitchenall, said: “Cheltenham had been a requirement for The Botanist for quite some time and we are extremely pleased to have been able to work alongside them to secure this flagship site within the Brewery Quarter.”
