LaSalle’s Golden Square welcomes more new arrivals
LaSalle has added a further five retailers to the scheme’s offer. Disney Store has opened its new 4,050-sq ft store while independent men’s fashion retailer Gray New York has taken a 2,420-sq ft unit and Menkind a 1,865-sq ft store. At the same time the F&B offer around Golden Square’s Old Market Square has grown with a with a 3,350-sq ft restaurant for Dorado Lounge and a 3,651-sq ft Patisserie Valerie.
Deichmann also recently reopened a newly refurbished store and 1,955 sq ft Irish bar, Flanagan’s, is set to open this autumn in the Old Market Square. The former BHS anchor store is currently being broken up to create a 28,568-sq ft unit for Superbowl UK, while Wilko will take the remaining 22,137 sq ft.
Golden Square Shopping Centre in Warrington has more than 800,000 sq ft of GLA and is anchored by Debenhams, M&S, Primark, H&M, Next, Topshop, River Island, JD Sports and Boots.
