Natuzzi to become part of the furniture at Junction 27 retail park, Leeds
Furniture retailer Natuzzi has acquired a new store at Junction 27 retail park in Birstall, Leeds. The park is owned by Standard Life Investments. It has agreed a new 10-year lease for the 4,973-sq ft store in Birstall, which will become the brand’s 14th standalone store in the UK.
Junction 27 Retail Park comprises 10 units totalling 126,750 sq ft, with occupiers including Barker and Stonehouse, Furniture Village, Sofology, Harveys and Currys PC World. The park is located just off Junction 27 of the M62, adjacent to Ikea.
