Edinburgh House Estates bucks downward trend at Clydebank shopping centre
Privately owned property company Edinburgh House Estates has secured a series of deals for Clydebank shopping centre, its fully refurbished 775,000-sq ft scheme located on the banks of the Forth and Clyde Canal.
Edinburgh House has recently introduced Nando’s to the scheme, offering 150 seats in a 4,200-sq ft. Existing tenant Greggs has also refurbished its store and expanded from 600 to 1,200 sq ft.
And discount department store TJ Hughes is now fitting out the 50,000-sq ft former BHS space and will open in in late autumn 2018.
Senior asset manager Ross Campbell said: “We’ve been working really hard to ensure that we bring in the right brands to the scheme and we currently have other deals in progress, which we will be announcing soon.”
Savills acted for Edinburgh House Estates and Tienda acted for TJ Hughes.
