Global brokerage prepares for New York listing
Cushman & Wakefield has publicly filed papers with the US Securities & Exchange Commission (preparing for the proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares.
Prior to the closing of the proposed offering, Cushman & Wakefield will restructure from DTZ Jersey Holdings Ltd, a Jersey limited company, the entity that filed the registration statement, to a public limited company incorporated in England and Wales, to be named Cushman & Wakefield plc.
Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm with 48,000 employees in 400 offices and 70 countries. In 2017, the firm had revenue of £5.2bn billion across core services of property, facilities and project management, leasing, capital markets, valuation and other services.
