Fashion brand takes debut standalone store outside London.
Grosvenor has signed AX Armani Exchange, the premium fashion brand for men and women, at Liverpool One line. The 3,169-sq ft boutique opened on Peter’s Lane on June 16 and is the first AX Armani Exchange to launch since JD Sport Fashion announced it would be opening a series of premium boutiques across the UK.
Alison Clegg, director of asset management at Grosvenor Europe said: “AX Armani Exchange complements the lineup on Peter’s Lane, adding another designer store to Liverpool One’s unique offer. The decision by the JD Sport Fashion to select Liverpool One for the first new AX Armani Exchange store outside London is a reflection of our status as the destination for global brands.”
