Four new additions for Eastgate shopping centre
Community Shopping Centre investor Ellandi has signed four new lettings at the Eastgate shopping centre in Gloucester which include Eurochange and hairdresser Gemini on 10-year leases and Evapo on a five-year lease.
In addition, a previously vacant food court area located on the first floor will soon become a UK Digital Retail Innovation Centre following the recent letting. A government grant via Gloucester First LEP has been secured to finance the fit out and set up of the new venture.
Jonathan Robson, director of asset management, said: “These new lettings demonstrate retailers ongoing interest and long-term commitment to the centre. The UK Digital Retail Innovation Centre is a great project which will support local entrepreneurs and establish the scheme as a national centre for digital retail innovation.”
