Addington Capital signs two new restaurant tenants for Harvey shopping centre
The Terrace, the newly re-developed leisure scheme in the Harvey shopping centre in Harlow, Essex is now 80 per cent after manager Addington Capital signed two more F& B tenants and only two units remain available.
Sticky Sisters is taking 3,000 sq ft and Burger Priest 3,500 sq ft on a 15 year lease. Both brands will join the current line-up of restaurant brands in the Terrace, including fast-food giants Burger King, Subway and Kung Fu, The Real China Oriental Buffet. The Terrace is anchored by a 25,-q ft Cineworld that opened in Christmas 2016.
Addington owns the scheme in partnership with EPISO, an opportunity fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners.
