Lend Lease signs premium coffee brand in Solihull
The 2,000-sq ft store, located on Crescent Arcade, offers Nespresso’s full range of coffee capsules, alongside festive variations to coincide with the start of the Christmas season. The boutique will offer in-store activities including an Atelier Table for tastings, with a coffee specialist on hand to assist shoppers in exploring the range further.
Guy Thomas, head of retail at Lendlease said: “The stylish and premium new boutique offers the complete Nespresso range, with tastings creating an experiential line-up providing something new and exciting for visitors. The UK is a nation of coffee lovers and this latest addition is sure to be hugely popular and complement our existing retail mix.”
Touchwood is a 650,000 sq ft shopping and entertainment destination in the heart of Solihull, West Midlands, comprising over 100 stores and restaurants as well as a nine‐screen cinema. Its flagship store is John Lewis, and other retailers include Zara, Apple, Tesla, Office, Hotel Chocolat, Joules, Hollister and Superdry.
